Fee structure
- Total fee (incl. GST) — INR 1,05,000
- Tuition fee — INR 80,000
- Admission fee — INR 5,000
- Study material and uniform — INR 20,000
Refund policy
- Admission, study material and uniform fee are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed only via NEFT or cheque.
- Only tuition fee (minus GST) is refundable, subject to the deduction slab below.
- Up to 7 days — Rs 5,000 + GST
- Up to 14 days — Rs 10,000 + GST
- Up to 30 days — 40% of tuition + GST
A student’s admission can be cancelled by the institute administration at any time if the student is found guilty of damaging institute property, violating institute rules, misbehaving with teaching or non-teaching staff, or involving in a physical or verbal fight with other students. In such cases, no amount of fee will be refunded.
All refund requests must be submitted via the admission cancellation form at the account office, by the person who signed the original admission form. The original fee receipt and Polar JEE Academy ID card must be submitted along with it. Refund requests made over a call or verbally will not be entertained.
If a refund is requested after classes have started, the following will be deducted:
- Up to 7 days Rs 5,000 + GST
- Up to 14 days Rs 10,000 + GST
- Up to 21 days Rs 15,000 + GST
- Up to 30 days 40% of tuition fee + GST
- Up to 60 days 70% of tuition fee + GST
