Refund Policy
- Admission fee, study material and uniform fee once paid will not be refunded
- All refund will be made through NEFT and cheque only.
- Only part of tuition fee (-GST ) will be refunded if refund request is made before last refund date.

- Up to 7 days — Rs 5,000 + GST
- Up to 14 days — Rs 10,000 + GST
- Up to 30 days — 40% of tuition + GST
Admission of a student can be cancelled by the institute administration at any time if the student is found guilty of damaging the institute’s property, violating institute rules, misbehaving with the teaching and non-teaching staff of Polar JEE Academy, or engaging in physical or verbal fights with other students. In such cases, no amount of the fee will be refunded.
All refund requests must be submitted through the admission cancellation form at the Polar Academy Accounts Office by the person who signed the admission form. While submitting the refund form, the original fee receipt and original Polar JEE Academy ID card must also be submitted. Refund requests made over the phone or verbally will not be entertained.
If a refund request is made after the student starts attending classes, the following amount will be deducted based on the number of days attended:
- Up to 7 Days: Rs. 5,000 + GST
- Up to 14 Days: Rs. 10,000 + GST
- Up to 21 Days: Rs. 15,000 + GST
- Up to 30 Days: 40% of Tuition Fee + GST
- Up to 60 Days: 70% of Tuition Fee + GST
